Meeting Minutes and Meeting Report

The Meeting Minutes and Meeting Report module allows users to record, manage, and print minutes of meetings directly from Odoo. It helps in capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items during meetings in a structured way. Users can generate a professional PDF report containing details such as meeting information, attendees, agenda, discussions, and conclusions - ensuring clear communication and proper documentation.

To view your meetings in a list format from the Calendar app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Calendar application from the Odoo dashboard.
2. In the top-right corner of the screen, locate the view options (icons for different views).
3. Click on the List View icon to switch from calendar view to a detailed list view.

Once you have switched to the List View in the Calendar module, you can see all your scheduled meeting records in a clear, tabular format.

1. All existing meetings will be displayed as records in the list view.
2. Click on any record to open and review its details.
3. To add a new meeting, click on the Create button at the top-left corner of the screen.

Complete the meeting form and all tabs with relevant information.

1. Main Form: Meeting Title, Date, Location
2. Notes Tab: Add short notes
3. Meeting Additional Info: Presenter, Facilitator, Notes Taker, Timekeeper, Discussion Points, Next Actions, Meeting Conclusion
4. Options Tab: Set reminders or preferences
5. Invitations Tab: Add attendees and send invites

From the meeting form, click the gear icon at the top-right corner and select "Print Meeting Minutes" to generate the PDF report.

The PDF report displays all meeting details including meeting info, roles, attendees, agenda topics, discussion points, action items, and conclusions.
