The system applies your 'Product Demo' template: six tasks like 'Load sandbox account,' 'Review their pain points from discovery,' 'Queue up pricing scenarios.' You tick them off before the meeting starts. No more joining calls and realizing you forgot the contract PDF or the competitor teardown slide.

Create templates for recurring meeting types—onboarding calls, quarterly reviews, contract negotiations. Each template holds up to 20 checklist items. When you create a calendar event and pick a template, the checklist attaches automatically. You see it in the event sidebar; attendees do not.

Works with Odoo Calendar and CRM opportunities. If you schedule a meeting from an opportunity, the addon pulls the template you set for that stage. Your sales team stops rescheduling demos because someone showed up without the right slide deck. Your consultants bill the hour instead of scrambling for last meeting's notes.

Templates live in Settings. Clone the five we include—discovery, demo, negotiation, onboarding, QBR—or build your own from scratch. Checklist state persists: if you reschedule the meeting, your ticked items stay ticked.
