01 â¢ COMPANY RULES

Hide menus per company

Open a company record, select the menus to hide, and those menus will be hidden when users work in that company.

02 â¢ USER RULES

Hide menus per user

Open a user record and select menus that should be hidden only for that specific user.

03 â¢ COMBINED CONTROL

Company + user together

If a menu is hidden by the active company or by the current user, it will not be visible in the Odoo menu.

Adds a clean Hidden Menus tab on the company form to select menus that should be hidden for that company.

Adds a Hidden Menus tab on the user form to select menus hidden only for that user.

Reverse Visibility Logic

Selected menus are hidden. Unselected menus continue to display normally based on standard Odoo security.

No Field on Menu Form

Configuration stays on Company and User forms, so administrators do not need to edit every menu item.

How It Works

A direct workflow for hiding Odoo menus by company and user.

1	Open Company or User form Go to the Company form or User form where the Hidden Menus tab is available.
2	Select menus to hide Add the menus that should be hidden for that company or user.
3	Refresh Odoo menu After saving, refresh the page or reload the menu to see the updated menu visibility.
4	Work with clean menus Users only see the menus allowed by standard Odoo access and not hidden by company or user rules.

Setup Guide

1. Install Module

Install the module from Apps and update the app list if required.

2. Configure Company

Open Company and add menus in the Hidden Menus tab to hide them for that company.

3. Configure User

Open User and add menus in the Hidden Menus tab to hide them only for that user.

Note: This module controls menu visibility. It does not replace record rules, access rights, or security groups for data security.
