Merge Purchase Order Items

Merge Purchase Order Items automatically combines duplicate purchase order lines that use the same product.

  • Merge duplicate purchase order lines with the same product.
  • Sum product quantities into one remaining order line.
  • Support automatic merging during purchase order creation and updates.
  • Add a Purchase settings option to enable or disable automatic merging.

Usage

  1. Go to Purchase > Configuration > Settings.
  2. Enable Auto Merge Purchase Order Line in the Merge Order Lines section.
  3. Create or edit a purchase order with multiple lines for the same product.
  4. Save the purchase order. Duplicate product lines are merged into one line with the total quantity.
