Merge Sale Order Items

Merge Sale Order Items automatically combines duplicate sale order lines that use the same product.

Features

  • Merge duplicate sale order lines with the same product.
  • Sum product quantities into one remaining order line.
  • Support automatic merging during sale order creation and updates.
  • Add a Sales settings option to enable or disable automatic merging.

Usage

  1. Go to Sales > Configuration > Settings.
  2. Enable Auto Merge Sale Order Line in the Merge Order Lines section.
  3. Create or edit a sale order with multiple lines for the same product.
  4. Save the sale order. Duplicate product lines are merged into one line with the total quantity.
