To display real user names, your Facebook App must undergo App Review, and you must submit your Privacy Policy and data handling practices to Facebook for approval. Once approved, real user identities will be visible in Odoo.
* Media Note: Incoming audio or video files from Instagram/Messenger may appear as downloadable attachments in Odoo Discuss due to platform format differences. However, audio/video files sent from Odoo are automatically converted by Meta for proper playback on the recipient's device.
