Meta Offline Sales for Odoo
Send in-store, phone, showroom, and staff-entered Odoo sales to Meta. Matched offline sales can be counted in the Purchases and Purchase Value columns for your ads, ad sets, and campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
Built for offline sales
Meta Offline Sales is made for sales that do not happen on your website. When staff confirm an offline order, the app sends a Purchase event. When staff send a quote, the app sends a Lead event.
Works with your website tracking
Website orders are skipped. This means the app can work beside your website Pixel or other Meta sending app without sending the same online sale twice.
Simple setup
- Install the app in Odoo 19.0.
- Paste your Meta access token and dataset or pixel ID into Sales settings.
- Turn on test mode and enter the Meta Events Manager test event code.
- Send a test purchase or test quote from Odoo.
- Confirm the test event appears in Meta, then turn test mode off.
- New offline sales are sent to Meta automatically.

Odoo makes events from offline sales and sent quotes, then sends them to Meta in the background.

What is sent to Meta
The app can send order value, currency, order reference, product details, event time, and available customer details. Customer details are hashed, which means they are changed into one-way secure codes before they are sent.
Simple controls
Turn purchase sending and quote sending on or off. Use test mode before going live. Leave advanced settings at their defaults unless Meta or support asks you to change them.
What changes after setup
In Meta Ads Manager, matched offline sales can be counted in the Purchases and Purchase Value columns for the ads, ad sets, and campaigns that helped bring in the customer. This means you can see more than website sales. You can see more of the total sales your ads helped create, then spend with more confidence.
