Overview
Stop copy-pasting terms and conditions every time you create a sale or purchase order. This module lets you define reusable T&C templates and apply them with a single click.
T&C Template Management
Create and manage multiple terms and conditions templates from a dedicated menu. Each template can be categorized as either Sale or Purchase type.

Rich Text T&C Editor
Write your terms using the built-in HTML editor. Format with bold, italic, lists, headings, and more.

Sale Order Integration
A new "Terms & Conditions Template" dropdown on the Sale Order form. Select a template and the terms field is automatically populated.
- Dropdown shows only Sale type templates
- Auto-fills the "Terms and Conditions" (note) field
- Change template anytime â terms update instantly
- Clear the template to reset terms
Purchase Order Integration
The same T&C template functionality is available on Purchase Orders. The template selector is placed in the order details section for quick access. Select a purchase-type template and the terms field is filled automatically.

- Auto-fills the "Terms and Conditions" field on purchase orders
- Manage purchase T&C from Purchase > Configuration
Purchase T&C Configuration
Manage your purchase terms templates from Purchase > Configuration > Terms and Conditions.
Default T&C in Settings
Set a company-wide default T&C template in Settings > Sales and Settings > Purchase. New orders are automatically filled with the default template.
