1. Review Cycle Configuration
Create review cycles with a name, type (Annual/Quarterly), linked template, start & end dates, deadlines, and department scope. Track the cycle status through Draft → In Progress → Completed.
2. Evaluation Template with Weighted Criteria
Define evaluation criteria across categories like Job Performance, Core Competencies, Communication, Teamwork, Innovation & Leadership. Each criterion has a weight — all weights must total exactly 100%.
3. All Reviews at a Glance
The reviews list view shows every employee’s review with their current stage (Draft, Self-Review, Manager Review, Completed), final rating, performance level badge, and assigned reviewer — all in one screen.
4. Completed Review with Rating Summary
A completed review shows the full statusbar, rating summary (self rating, manager rating, goal achievement, final rating & performance level), plus the evaluation criteria tab with both self and manager scores side by side.
5. Employee Self-Assessment
Employees write a self-assessment summary, list their key strengths, and identify areas for improvement. This qualitative input complements the numerical self-rating scores.
6. Manager Assessment
Managers provide their own assessment summary, recommendations, and an overall manager comment. The manager’s rating carries 70% weight in the final score, ensuring managerial oversight drives the evaluation.
7. Review in Manager Review Stage
When a review reaches the Manager Review stage, the manager can see the employee’s self-scores, enter their own scores and comments per criterion, and submit the evaluation to HR for final approval.
8. Goal Tracking List View
Track all employee goals in a list view with goal type, priority stars, deadline, visual progress bars, and status badges. Filter by employee, type, status, or priority to focus on what matters.
9. Goals Kanban Board
Visualize goals on a Kanban board grouped by status (Draft, In Progress, Achieved, Cancelled). Drag and drop cards to update status, and see progress at a glance with color-coded columns.
10. Employee Performance Tab
A dedicated Performance tab on the employee form shows last review date, last rating, average rating, and the complete review history — giving HR and managers instant access to an employee’s performance track record.
