The complete Construction + BIM stack for Odoo 19: budgeting, certifications, EVM, IFC viewer, Revit, 4D/5D and Facility Management — bundled as one app.
What you get
MI ERP BIM Suite is the complete construction + BIM stack for Odoo 19, bundled as a single app. Installing it brings in the full administrative cycle of a construction company plus a real BIM core (IFC parsing, xeokit 3D viewer, ISO 19650 records, BCF 2.1 issue management, clash detection), a bidirectional Autodesk Revit connector, 4D/5D federation that auto-generates budgets from IFC quantities, and a Facility Management 7D module for the operations phase.
Industry-standard interchange formats are first-class: budgets import / export
through BC3 / FIEBDC-3, MS Project XML and Presto in Excel; IFC4
models stream through /api/v1/mierp/bim/model/<id>/xkt; BCF round-trips
in/out through .bcfzip; Revit shares parameters via Dynamo with mapped
APU codes; and the Colombia localization layers AIU + IVA, NSR-10 / RETIE / RAS
disciplines, ISO 19650 roles and the CONPES 4144 classification on top.

A Dynamo player on the Revit side pushes / pulls parameter values from the model with one click and the sessions list shows every sync attempt with diff and rollback.

Most "BIM" modules on the Odoo Apps store are construction-ERP add-ons with no real BIM core (no IFC viewer, no ISO 19650, no clash detection, no Revit connector). Real-time KPIs: total works, budgeted, certified, average %. Donut by state, top-5 works budget vs certified, rolling 12-month certifications line and average CPI / SPI gauges — every chart with a 3D-style shadow for depth.
Budget form — smart buttons + resource-type totals
Four smart buttons (Concepts, Concept Tree, Budget Report, Cash Flows) plus a colour-coded "By Resource Type" panel that splits the budget into Labor / Material / Equipment / Other / Certified at a glance. Notebook tabs for Concepts, Haberes/Discounts, Cash Flow and Notes.

Browse the APU cascade. Each node shows code, name, qty × unit price, total amount and certified % — colour-coded by type. Tree / Sunburst / Treemap modes via the toolbar.

Down-payment / retention sliders feed a stage-level cash projection. Live ECharts panels: Waterfall (FC partial bars + cumulative line) and S-Curve (Inflows vs Outflows). Auto-flags when financing is needed.

Solibri-style light theme with MI ERP orange accents. Auto-detects Y-up vs Z-up models, frames the AABB on load, ships Fit / Top / Iso / Clear camera presets. XKT streams from the bearer-authenticated REST endpoint so it works behind any reverse proxy. Click any element to surface its property sets and quantities in the side panel.
Residential IFC (3,510 elements)
Reference IFC4 building rendered with the AABB-aware iso preset. Brick walls, mansard roof and bay windows — picked up directly from the original IFC.
BCF 2.1 issues
Round-trip BCF 2.1 import / export (.bcfzip). Issues kanban with status, priority, assignee and the originating viewpoint — re-loaded into the viewer with one click.
BIM Execution Plan (BEP) — ISO 19650
BEP / EIR records with sections, deliverables and assigned roles. WeasyPrint renders a branded PDF for kickoff sign-off.

Auto-budget wizard
Walks through the IFC's BaseQuantities, lets you map element types to APU items via parametric templates, then writes a fully-formed budget straight into the construction work — no manual data entry.
Revit sessions log
Every push / pull from Revit is logged: user, model file, parameter set, element count, status. Failed runs keep their diff so you can audit and replay them.
Parameter mapping (Revit ↔ APU / IFC)
Map Revit shared parameters to APU codes, IFC properties and Pset entries. The Dynamo player on the Revit side reads this map to push / pull values without ever leaving the model.
Asset record (from IFC)
Each installed asset is a first-class Odoo record with link to its IFC element, supplier, warranty, manuals and lifecycle history. QR code printable from the form for field operatives.
Preventive maintenance plans
Time / usage-driven plans with check-lists. Auto-spawn work orders, push them to the Android operative app and reconcile the closure photos back into the asset's lifecycle.

Typical workflow
- Tender: parse the IFC, run the auto-budget wizard, fine-tune the APU and apply Colombian AIU + IVA cascade. Export to BC3 for the client.
- Award: lock the budget version, generate the schedule (project tasks linked to APU concepts), seed the Cash Flow scenarios.
- Construction: certify by stage / lines / %, raise BCF issues from the viewer, push corrections to Revit via Dynamo, watch CPI / SPI on the dashboard.
- Closeout: hand over assets to FM, register lifecycle events, roll preventive maintenance plans into operations.
