Accounting Dashboard
An interactive customer-invoicing analytics dashboard for Odoo 19. Track invoiced revenue, payment status, aged receivables and your best customers from one live, drag-and-drop workspace inside Accounting.
What this module does
Adds a client action under Accounting / Invoicing > Dashboard that turns your posted customer invoices into live KPIs and charts. No configuration required, it reads directly from your existing invoicing data for the active company.
Total Invoiced, Invoice Count, Average Invoice Value and Amount Due, each with a percentage change against the previous period, plus highlight cards for Overdue Amount, Top Customer and Outstanding.
Chart.js panels for Revenue Trend, Payment Status, Top Customers, Invoices by Journal and Aged Receivable buckets, with a Customer Detail drill-down and a Recent Invoices list.
Every panel sits in a draggable, resizable grid. Rearrange the dashboard to fit how you work, and the layout is saved per user so it is there next time you open it.
How it works
- Install the module on your Odoo 19 database. It depends only on the standard Accounting app.
- Open the dashboard from Accounting / Invoicing > Dashboard. It loads immediately using your posted customer invoices.
- Pick a period with the built-in date filters: Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, or a custom range.
- Explore and drill down into charts, top customers and recent invoices, then drag panels into the arrangement you prefer.
Note: All figures are based on posted customer invoices for the active company. Amounts respect your company currency, and percentage changes compare the selected period with the equivalent prior period.
