POS Quick Discount Buttons
Giving the same discounts all day? This lightweight utility adds your own preset discount buttons to the Point of Sale. One tap applies -5%, -10%, -15% or any percentages you choose, to the selected line or the whole order - no numpad and no typing.
What This Module Does
Standard Odoo lets you type a discount per line on the numpad, and the built-in global discount offers one fixed rate. This adds several one-tap preset buttons for the discounts you actually use, and lets you apply them to a single line or the entire order.
How it works
Install, set your presets and scope, and you are live. Nothing else changes about how you ring up a sale.
- Install the module.
- Go to Point of Sale > Settings > “Quick Discount Buttons”, set your preset percentages (default 5,10,15) and choose whether they apply to the selected line or the whole order.
- Open a POS session, select an order line, and tap a quick button to apply the discount in one tap.
