Installment plan & auto-invoicing. The full schedule, down payment, installments and final payment, is generated automatically from the plan, and each due line is turned into a posted invoice on its date (note the ticked, invoiced rows).

Allotment file. A member tied to a plot, a price list, discount and net amount, with booking, branch and status.

Generated invoices. Posted customer invoices, created automatically from the file's due installments.

Installment invoice. A standard Odoo customer invoice, tagged with its file and property invoice type.

Plot inventory. Every sellable unit with its automatic serial number, society, sector and state.
