Point-and-Click Field Mapping
Pick any field from any model with a searchable picker, and follow many2one chains with dotted paths like
partner_id.country_id.name.

Every table block has its own data source, so a single report can combine data from several models — orders, contacts, invoices and more.
Grouping, Totals & Expressions
Group rows, sum / count / average columns with a totals row, and compute custom columns (e.g. Paid / Due) with safe expressions.

Reports render through Odoo’s external layout — your logo, address, header and footer — toggled on or off per report.
How it works
From a blank report to a printed, branded PDF in minutes — no developer required.
- Open Report Builder → Report Definitions and create a new report.
- Pick the Document Model (e.g. Sales Order) and a menu location.
- Click Open Designer and drag blocks onto the canvas.
- Map fields (or expressions), group and total your tables, and toggle the company letterhead.
- Watch the Live Preview update, then Save.
- Publish to add it as a menu item, or Preview / Print straight to PDF.
Note: Reports print through Odoo’s standard QWeb / PDF engine with full company-letterhead support, and respect each user’s access rights on the underlying data.
