What this module does

A complete sales intelligence tool packed into one fast, elegant client action, added to your Sales menu as Dashboard.

● KPI Cards With Trends
Total Sales, SO Count, Avg Order Value, and Qty Delivered, each with a percentage change versus the previous period, plus highlight cards for Top Customer and Top Category.
● Eight Chart.js Panels
Sales Trend line, Order Status donut, Top Customers, Top Products Sold, Sales by Category, Salesperson Performance, Pending Deliveries, and Recent Sales Orders, all in one view.
● Filters & Saved Layout
Filter from Today through a Custom Range and every panel updates instantly. Drag and resize panels in the grid, and your arrangement is remembered per user.

● Sales Trend
Line chart of daily sales amount across the selected period, so you can spot momentum at once.
● Order Status
Donut of Quotation, Quotation Sent, Sales Order, and Cancelled counts, so your pipeline is clear.
● Top Customers
Your best customers ranked by revenue, with order counts, for the current period.
● Top Products Sold
Best-selling products by sales amount, with quantities, to see what is driving revenue.
● Sales by Category
Pie chart of revenue split by product category, so you know where sales come from.
● Salesperson Performance
Revenue by salesperson with order counts, to compare team results side by side.
● Pending Deliveries
Confirmed orders not yet fully delivered, with customer, pending quantity, and date.
● Recent Sales Orders
A quick view of your latest sales orders with customer, salesperson, date, and amount.

How it works

Install the module, open the Sales menu, and your dashboard is ready, with no configuration needed.

  1. Install the module; it depends only on Sales (sale_management).
  2. Open the Sales menu and click Dashboard, which appears as a client action.
  3. Pick a date filter, from Today through a Custom Range, and every KPI and chart refreshes.
  4. Read the KPI cards for period-over-period change, plus Top Customer and Top Category.
  5. Drag and resize panels in the grid to build the layout you like best.
  6. Your layout is saved per user, so it is exactly where you left it next time.
Note: The dashboard reads live sales orders through a single JSON-RPC call and adds no new database models, so there is nothing to migrate and no impact on your existing data.
