When a new fleet vehicle is created, no one is automatically subscribed to follow it. Fleet managers miss maintenance alerts, service notes, and mileage updates until someone manually adds them as a follower — often too late.

Up and Running
Install once — works automatically
Step 1 — Install
Install Auto Follow: Fleet Vehicles. The Auto-Follow Engine installs automatically.
Step 2 — Configure
Go to Settings > Technical > Auto Follower Rules, open 'Follow Fleet Vehicles', add the users to subscribe, then enable the rule.
Done — vehicles are followed automatically
Every new fleet vehicle will have the configured users subscribed as followers from the moment of creation.
