Remind PO to Receive
Automatically notify the responsible buyer when a confirmed Purchase Order's planned receipt date has passed with no delivery recorded.

Confirmed Purchase Orders can sit past their expected receipt date with no one following up. The buyer placed the order and moved on — assuming the goods will arrive on time. When they don't, the stock shortage hits the warehouse first and the purchasing team last. There is no built-in Odoo mechanism to nudge the responsible buyer the day after a planned receipt date passes without a full delivery being recorded.

Requirements
- The mjb_reminder_rule engine module must be installed — this satellite adds one pre-configured reminder rule on top of that engine.
- Odoo's standard purchase module must be installed.
