Stock Odoo lets only the assigned approver act on a leave — a delegate who receives the activity still hits an access error. We fix that end-to-end: the delegate opens the leave, sees the Approve / Refuse buttons, and the action runs on the manager's behalf so every side-effect (allocations, calendar, resource leaves) is handled. Audit-logged as «approved by <delegate> as delegate for <manager>».

Does it change Odoo's approval sequence?
No. We only swap which user holds the pending approver slot. The sequence, minimums and manager-required logic stay exactly as Odoo defines them.
Do delegates need extra access rights?
No manual setup. Delegates automatically get exactly the access they need to read and act on what was routed to them — including Time Off, handled on the manager's behalf.
Which Odoo versions are supported?
Odoo 17, 18 and 19 — Enterprise edition (the Approvals app is required for the approver-row swap).
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes — full English and Arabic with right-to-left support throughout.
