Real-time Push (ADMS / iclock)
Point the terminal's Cloud Server / ADMS at Odoo and every punch arrives the moment it happens — no polling, no Python library, works straight through NAT. Unknown devices even auto-register themselves.

Scheduled Pull (TCP / UDP)
Prefer to pull? Odoo connects to the device on a timer over the ZK protocol and fetches new logs. One click to sync now, or let the every-15-minutes job do it. Import users, sync time, restart and clear logs from Odoo too.

CSV / file import — no network needed
Branch office with no route to the device? Export its log file and drop it in (upload or paste). Flexible date formats, duplicates skipped. Nothing else on the market does all three.

Smart check-in / check-out pairing
Raw punches become clean attendance. It honours device status codes when present, falls back to open/close logic, handles overnight shifts, and — crucially — a missed check-out is capped and flagged ‘Needs review’ instead of becoming a corrupt 24-hour record.

Unmatched-punch queue
A punch from a device user you haven't linked yet is parked in a queue, never lost. One click to assign it to an employee — tick ‘remember’ and every future punch from that ID matches automatically.

دفع فوري (ADMS / iclock)
وجّه إعداد السحابة / ADMS في الجهاز إلى أودو، فتصل كل بصمة لحظة حدوثها — دون استعلام دوري ولا مكتبة برمجية، وتعمل عبر NAT مباشرة. بل إن الأجهزة غير المعروفة تسجّل نفسها تلقائياً.

سحب مجدول (TCP / UDP)
تفضّل السحب؟ يتصل أودو بالجهاز بشكل دوري عبر بروتوكول ZK ويجلب السجلات الجديدة. مزامنة فورية بنقرة، أو دعه للمهمة كل 15 دقيقة. واستورد المستخدمين وزامن الوقت وأعد التشغيل من داخل أودو.

استيراد CSV بدون شبكة
فرع بلا اتصال بالجهاز؟ صدّر ملف السجل وأدرجه (رفع أو لصق). صيغ تاريخ مرنة وتجاهل للتكرار. لا يقدّم أي منتج آخر الطرق الثلاث معاً.

محرّك اقتران ذكي للدخول والخروج
يحوّل البصمات الخام إلى حضور نظيف. يحترم رموز حالة الجهاز عند توفرها، ويتراجع لمنطق الفتح/الإغلاق، ويعالج الورديات الليلية — والأهم: الخروج المنسي يُحدّ ويُعلَّم ‘بحاجة لمراجعة’ بدل تسجيل يوم وهمي بـ 24 ساعة.

قائمة البصمات غير المطابقة
بصمة من مستخدم لم تربطه بعد تُحفظ في قائمة ولا تضيع أبداً. أسندها لموظف بنقرة — وفعّل ‘تذكّر’ فتُطابَق كل بصمة قادمة بنفس الرقم تلقائياً.
