Compatibility & Deployment
Odoo 19 Community • Odoo 19 Enterprise • Odoo.sh • On-Premise
Direct biometric-device connectivity requires network access between the Odoo server and supported ZKTeco devices. The application is not compatible with Odoo Online SaaS because that platform does not provide the required server-level device connectivity.
