Overview

Print Journal Entries PDF adds a professional PDF report to Odoo Accounting. Users can print a single journal entry from the form view or select multiple journal entries from the list view and print them together from the Print menu.

Main Features

How It Works

The module works directly with standard Odoo Accounting journal entries. No configuration is required after installation.

Step 1 - Open Journal Entries

Go to Accounting and open the Journal Entries list.

Step 2 - Print Multiple Journal Entries

Select multiple journal entries from the list view, click Print, and choose Print Journal Entries PDF.

Step 3 - Review a Journal Entry

Open a journal entry to review the accounting date, journal, partner, and journal item lines.

Step 4 - Print From the Form View

Use the action menu on the journal entry form and select Print Journal Entries PDF.

Step 5 - Professional PDF Output

The generated PDF includes a clean company header, journal entry information, journal lines, total debit, total credit, and balance.

Report Content

The PDF report includes the main journal entry information and journal item details in a structured accounting layout.

Report fields: Journal Entry, Status, Journal, Date, Reference, Partner, Partner on lines, Account, Label, Due Date, Taxes, Debit, Credit, Total, and Balance.

Compatibility

Compatible with Odoo 19 Community, Odoo 19 Enterprise, Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, and on-premise/private servers.

This module does not require external Python libraries and does not modify Accounting logic. It only adds a professional QWeb PDF report.
