      Final Approved: Final approval triggers budget creation
      Rejected: Budget rejected at any approval stage

  6. Automatic Budget Creation

    • One Budget Per Month: Creates a single budget record for each month
    • Consolidated View: All analytic accounts for a month are grouped in one budget
    • Multiple Budget Lines: Each analytic account becomes a separate budget line within the monthly budget
    • Fiscal Year Aware: Handles fiscal years that don't align with calendar years

Description

1. Budget Submission Navigation enables users to easily create, review, and track budget requests through each approval stage.

2. Displays the list of budgets that have already been created for easy review and management.

3. Budget creation form with fields for fiscal year, reference number, currency, and a one-to-many line item section for monthly budget breakdowns. Each line item includes analytic account selection, monthly amount fields, and a total YTD calculation. The form also features a "Distribute Equally" button to automatically allocate the total budget across all months.

4. List of analytic budget created from the budget submission form, showing the monthly breakdown for each analytic account. Each budget record corresponds to a specific month and fiscal year, with all related analytic accounts grouped together for easy review and management.

5. Budget form view for each monthly budget record created from the budget submission. The form displays the fiscal year, month, and a list of all analytic accounts with their respective monthly amounts and YTD totals. This allows users to review and manage the detailed breakdown of each monthly budget.

All budget line items from the budget submission are consolidated into a single monthly budget record for each month, providing a clear and organized view of the total budget allocated for that month across all analytic accounts. This consolidation allows for easier tracking and management of monthly budgets within the fiscal year.
