Shopee Singapore Connector for Odoo
Sync Shopee Singapore orders, inventory and listings through your own Shopee Open API partner keys (BYOK)
Shopee Singapore connects your Odoo Sales and Inventory directly to your Shopee Singapore shop using the official Shopee Open Platform API v2. Marketplace orders flow into Odoo as sale orders, your Odoo stock and prices are pushed back to Shopee per item, and your live Shopee listings are matched to Odoo products by SKU. Every request is signed locally with HMAC-SHA256 using your own partner keys and per-shop access token. No credentials ever leave your Odoo server except to Shopee.
Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK)
Register your own app on the Shopee Open Platform and hold your Partner ID and Partner Key. Authorize a Singapore shop from inside Odoo: open the consent page, approve the shop, paste the returned code, and the connector exchanges it for an access token (4 hours) plus a refresh token (30 days). The access token is refreshed automatically before it expires. This connector is not a reseller of Shopee access and embeds no third-party key of its own.
Order synchronization
- Pull orders by status (Ready to Ship, Processed, Completed, etc.) within Shopee's 15-day window, page by page via cursor.
- Each Shopee order becomes an Odoo sale order with buyer, recipient address, currency, payment method and buyer message.
- Order items are resolved to Odoo products by Internal Reference, barcode or Shopee SKU; quantity and the price actually charged are carried onto the order line.
- Optional auto-confirm of imported orders.
- Duplicate-safe: an order is imported only once (unique Order SN).
Inventory & price push
- Push Odoo on-hand quantity to Shopee per item / variation model.
- Push the Odoo sales price to Shopee per item / variation model.
- Hourly background crons keep stock and price in sync (disabled by default; enable when ready).
- Manual one-click push from the product form or the Sync Center.
Listing import
- Pull your seller items from Shopee and match them to Odoo products by SKU, stamping the Shopee item id, name, listed price and listed stock onto each matched product.
- Required once so stock/price push knows each product's item id.
Shipment tracking
- Pull the courier tracking number Shopee assigned to a shipment onto the sale order with one click.
- Refresh a single order's status and tracking on demand.
Operations & reliability
| Authentication | Shopee Open Platform v2, HMAC-SHA256 signed requests, partner key held by you (BYOK). |
| Token lifecycle | Access token auto-refreshed from the refresh token before expiry; manual refresh button included. |
| Resilience | Automatic retry on 5xx for idempotent calls, 30s timeouts, structured logging, and detection of Shopee's HTTP-200 business error envelope. |
| API log | Every call is recorded with operation, HTTP status, Shopee error code, duration and error excerpt for troubleshooting. |
| Host | Singapore production host by default; switchable to the Shopee sandbox host for testing. |
| Odoo | Odoo 18.0 and 19.0, Community or Enterprise. |
Requirements
- An active Shopee Singapore seller account.
- Your own Shopee Open Platform app (Partner ID + Partner Key).
- The Python
requestslibrary (already present in a standard Odoo install).
