MRP Advanced Readiness & Exception Manager

This is a premium module designed for **Odoo 18 Enterprise** Manufacturing users.
The Problem This App Solves
Standard Odoo MRP often provides material shortage warnings too lateâwhen the manufacturing order (MO) is already scheduled or confirmed, leading to line stops, idle labor, and rush procurement.
The **MRP Advanced Readiness** module shifts your planning from **reactive** to **proactive**. It continuously scans all future planned MOs and compares required components against *time-phased* incoming supply (POs, Transfers), highlighting critical shortages days or weeks in advance.

1. Proactive Readiness Dashboard
A dedicated, easy-to-read dashboard summarizing the material status of all future manufacturing orders.
- **Traffic Light Status:** MOs are immediately categorized as **Ready** (Green), **Warning** (Yellow - material expected late), or **Critical** (Red - no planned supply).
- **Time-Phased Analysis:** Calculates the exact date your inventory for a component will hit zero if the current production plan is followed.
- **Prioritized View:** Allows filtering by MO Priority, Scheduled Date, and Work Center to focus on the highest-impact bottlenecks.
2. Integrated Exception Action Wizard (What-If Analysis)
Directly resolve material exceptions using quick actions accessible from the dashboard or the MO form:
- **Suggest Reschedule:** Automatically calculates the safest new `date_planned_start` based on the latest expected receipt date of the critical component.
- **Force Allocation:** Run a scenario where a high-priority MO consumes stock reserved for a lower-priority MO, showing the immediate impact on other orders.
- **Urgent Procurement:** One-click generation of a draft **Purchase Order** or **Purchase Request** for the exact missing quantity, speeding up the procurement cycle.
3. Production Line Protection
Prevents partial production starts and wasted labor.
- **Readiness Gate:** A new check is introduced on the Manufacturing Order. Operators attempting to start a MO will be alerted if the `readiness_status` is 'Critical,' preventing them from starting work until the material is confirmed ready.
- **Component Detail View:** An inherited tab on the MO shows the availability status of each component with its calculated **Earliest Receipt Date**.
