MRP Merge & Print Manufacturing Orders
Merge multiple manufacturing orders into one consolidated report with component aggregation, finished products summary, and flexible printing options for production teams.
Why This Module?
Manufacturing teams often need to print multiple production orders together for batch processing, shift planning, or consolidated reporting. Standard Odoo MRP requires printing each manufacturing order separately, leading to wasted time and paper.
This module adds a powerful "Merge Print" server action to manufacturing orders, allowing you to select multiple MOs and generate a single, professional report that combines finished products, components, and work orders - either as a summary or with full individual details.
1. Multi-Select Manufacturing Orders
Select multiple manufacturing orders from the list view. The "Merge Print" server action appears in the Action menu for bulk operations.
2. Merge Print Server Action
The custom "Merge Print" server action appears in the Action menu, providing quick access to the merge functionality without complex configuration.
3. Print Wizard with Flexible Options
The wizard shows selected manufacturing orders with aggregated finished products and components. Choose between Summary Report or Detailed Report using the boolean toggle.
4. Finished Products Summary Tab
The Finished Products tab shows all products to be produced across selected MOs with total quantities and source order information for full traceability.
5. Components Summary Tab
The Components tab aggregates all raw materials from selected manufacturing orders with total quantities and barcode support for easy scanning.
6. Summary Report (Aggregated View)
The summary report aggregates finished products and components from all selected MOs, providing a clean overview ideal for production planning and material requirements.
7. Detailed Report (Full MRP Details)
The detailed report includes complete production order information for each MO: product details, quantities, work orders with durations, work centers, barcodes, and component lists.
