Automate Material Transfer Quantities to Pre-Production
This module simplifies the material transfer process from Stock to Pre-Production during manufacturing operations in Odoo.
In standard Odoo, when transferring raw materials to the pre-production location, users must manually adjust the quantities for each line item in the transfer if transferring lesser than demanded. This becomes time-consuming and error-prone when dealing with multiple products or large bills of materials.
How It Works
This plugin introduces an efficient mechanism that allows the user to enter a single quantity value, after which the system automatically adjusts the quantities of all related line items in the transfer. The module calculates the required quantities proportionally and updates them automatically.
If the full quantity cannot be transferred at once, the system will automatically generate a backorder for the remaining quantities, ensuring smooth continuation of the manufacturing process without manual intervention.
