How to Use
- Go to Dashboards menu to browse available dashboards.
- Click Open on any dashboard card to view it.
- To configure dashboards, go to Configuration > Dashboards.
- For each dashboard, add items and set chart type, data source, fields, and aggregation.
- Control who can see a dashboard via the Visibility tab.
Multi-Company Support
- Model-based items: automatically filtered by the user's active companies — no configuration needed.
- SQL items: use
{company_ids}as a placeholder for active company IDs.
Example:SELECT state, COUNT(*) FROM sale_order WHERE company_id IN ({company_ids}) GROUP BY state
For JOIN queries:WHERE so.company_id IN ({company_ids})
Configuration
- Manager group: can create, edit, and delete dashboards and items via the Configuration menu.
- User group: can view dashboards based on visibility settings (read-only).
Visibility Settings
- Visible to All: all users with dashboard access can see it.
- Specific Users: only selected users can see it.
- Specific Groups: only users belonging to selected groups can see it.
