Purchase Budget Restriction
Prevent purchase orders and vendor bills from exceeding defined budgets
Overview
The Purchase Budget Restriction module enforces budget limits on purchase orders and vendor bills. When the "strict" flag is enabled on a budget, any purchase order or vendor bill that would exceed the available budget is blocked from being confirmed. This ensures procurement spending stays within approved budget limits.
