Purchase Order Update Vendor Price
Keep vendor pricelist up to date when purchase orders are confirmed
Overview
The Purchase Order Update Vendor Price module automatically updates the vendor's price in the product pricelist when a purchase order is confirmed. By default, Odoo only adds a vendor price if none exists, but never updates it. This module ensures vendor prices stay current, with optional confirmation popups and conditions to control when prices get updated.
Key Features
- Automatically updates vendor price in product master upon PO confirmation
- Optional confirmation popup before updating prices
- Configurable update conditions: price increase only, decrease only, or any change
- Keeps vendor pricelists accurate without manual maintenance
By default, the system will add vendor price to the product master only if the vendor does not exist. However, the system will not update the price.
In this module, the price will be changed after the PO is confirmed.
You can also enable pop up confirmation before updating prices, if you want to specify when prices need to be updated.
And you can determine the price conditions that need to be updated, whether when the price rises only, falls only, or all prices change.
