MuK Mail Routing
Collects unrouted and failed emails

Overview
This module collects mails that could not be routed and allows them to be assigned subsequently. To simplify the workflow, predefined router settings can be created. This allows lost messages, for example, to be created directly as new CRM leads.
Manuel Routing
The routing wizard can be used to select a module and a corresponding data record or to create a new data record if required. If the notfiy option is activated, the followers of the record are informed accordingly.
Route Configuration
Navigate to Discuss > Configuration > Routers to create a new predefined routing option. You can configure the system to either create a new record for each message or search for an existing record to which the messages can be attached.

Installation
To install this module, you need to:
Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Afterward, log on to your Odoo server and go to the Apps menu. Trigger the debug mode and update the list by clicking on the "Update Apps List" link. Now install the module by clicking on the install button.
Upgrade
To upgrade this module, you need to:
Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Restart the server and log on to your Odoo server. Select the Apps menu and upgrade the module by clicking on the upgrade button.
Configuration
Go to Discuss -> Configuration -> Routers to create a new predefined routing option.
Usage
There are now additional menus in the Discuss app to find the failed emails. These can be manually added to the correct record using the action route.
