Customer acceptance for sales orders

Overview
This module enables customer acceptance of sales orders through digital signatures. It integrates seamlessly with Odoo's Sign and Sales modules to streamline the approval process directly within the Sales workflow. Customers can view, sign, and confirm sales orders via the portal, ensuring compliance and reducing paperwork.
Send Acceptance
Once a sales order is created, the salesperson can initiate the acceptance process by clicking the Send Acceptance button. This generates a signature request based on a pre-configured template. The request is automatically sent to the customer, who can review and digitally sign the acceptance document.
Customer Portal
The acceptance documents for each sale order can be viewed and digitally signed in the customer portal. Customers therefore have a perfect overview of the status and acceptance of the respective orders.

MuK Sale Acceptance
This module enables customer acceptance of sales orders through digital signatures. It integrates seamlessly with Odoo's Sign and Sales modules to streamline the approval process directly within the Sales workflow. Customers can view, sign, and confirm sales orders via the portal, ensuring compliance and reducing paperwork.
Installation
To install this module, you need to:
Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Afterward, log on to your Odoo server and go to the Apps menu. Trigger the debug mode and update the list by clicking on the "Update Apps List" link. Now install the module by clicking on the install button.
Upgrade
To upgrade this module, you need to:
Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Restart the server and log on to your Odoo server. Select the Apps menu and upgrade the module by clicking on the upgrade button.
Configuration
Go to Sales > Configuration > Settings to activate the acceptance process in the Quotations & Orders section. You can also define whether the acceptance process should be enabled by default in each quotation templates. Additionally, a specific sign template can be assigned as default. It is important that the assigned sign template is shared with the appropriate sales user group to ensure proper access.
Usage
- Go to Sales > Orders.
- Open or create a sales order.
- Make sure the acceptance process is activated int the Other Info tab.
- Use the "Send Acceptance" button to initiate the acceptance process.
- The customer will receive a sign request via the portal or email.
- Once signed, the sales order can be invoiced.
