MuK View Split
Split List and Form Views Side by Side

Overview
This module adds a split view mode to any list view in Odoo. When activated, the screen is divided into two panels: the list view on the left and a form view on the right. Clicking a record in the list instantly displays its details in the adjacent form view without leaving the list. A draggable divider lets you resize the panels to your preference, and the layout is remembered per view.
Activate the split layout via the mode switch button group in the control panel. The list and form views are rendered side by side, allowing you to browse records in the list while viewing full details on the right. Switch back to the standard list or inline edit mode at any time.
A divider between the two panels can be dragged to adjust the width ratio. Double-click the divider to reset to a balanced 50/50 layout. The list view automatically adjusts its visible columns to fit the available space.
Your preferred view mode is stored per action, model, database, and user. When you return to a list view, the split layout is automatically restored if it was active before.

MuK View Split
Enables a vertical split layout where a list view and a form view are displayed side by side with drag-to-resize support.
Installation
To install this module, you need to:
Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Afterward, log on to your Odoo server and go to the Apps menu. Trigger the debug mode and update the list by clicking on the "Update Apps List" link. Now install the module by clicking on the install button.
Upgrade
To upgrade this module, you need to:
Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder. Restart the server and log on to your Odoo server. Select the Apps menu and upgrade the module by clicking on the upgrade button.
Configuration
No additional configuration is needed to use this module.
Usage
On any list view, click the split icon in the mode switch button group to activate the split layout. The list view stays on the left and a form view opens on the right for the selected record. Drag the divider between the two panels to resize them. Double-click the divider to reset to a 50/50 layout. Click the close button or switch to another mode to exit the split view.
