Select Multiple Warehouses
Create a new quotation and select one or more available warehouses for order fulfilment. A single sales order can source inventory from multiple warehouse locations without creating separate orders.
Add Products & Auto Allocate Warehouses
Products can be selected from the product master or created when required. The system automatically assigns the most suitable warehouse based on stock availability. Users can manually select a warehouse whenever required.
Generate Warehouse-Wise Deliveries
After order confirmation, delivery transfers are automatically generated according to the number of warehouses involved. Products from the same warehouse are grouped into a single delivery transfer.
Track Delivery Transfers
View all delivery transfers generated from the sales order and monitor the fulfilment status of each warehouse-wise delivery from one place.
Validate Delivery
Open a delivery transfer, review fulfilment details, and click the Validate button to complete the warehouse delivery process.
Delivery Successfully Completed
Once validated, the delivery is completed and inventory is updated automatically. The entire process remains fully traceable from sales order to customer delivery.

FAQ
Standard Odoo links each sale order to a single warehouse. This module adds a multi-select Warehouses field, allows per-line warehouse assignment, and automatically splits the delivery into one transfer per warehouse — all from a single sale order.
When products are added to an order line, the system checks on-hand stock across all selected warehouses. If a product is available in one of them, that warehouse is automatically populated in the Warehouse column of that line.
Yes. If a product is not available in any selected warehouse, or if you prefer a different source, you can manually select any available warehouse directly on the order line before confirming the order.
One transfer is created per source warehouse. If your order has products assigned to three different warehouses, three separate delivery transfers are created — each referencing the same source sale order.
Yes. Products tracked by lot or serial number continue to work as expected. The moves history view shows lot/serial assignments per warehouse transfer, providing full traceability.
