Choose one warehouse on sale order line
In the sale order line, you can choose only one warehouse, meaning the product will be picked from the selected warehouse; this behavior is controlled by the option "Choose one warehouse on sale order line.", which is the default setting when creating a sales order.
Available quantity of the products
And your available quantity of product "TEST PRO" and "TEST PRO 2" are same as below image.
Now come back to sale order, if you select "TEST PRO", it will suggest you should pick up stock from WH2. Because its available stock is greater than other warehouses.
Add "TEST PRO 2" product and it will again suggest you to pick up stock from WH3.
After you confirm sale order. 2 pickings will be created.

Allows you to select multiple warehouses on a single sales order line, enabling product fulfillment from different locations based on stock availability and operational needs.
Sale order will be confirmed and create 3 delivery stock pickings.

Modify quantity on "Choose multi warehouse on sale order line" option
After saving the sale order,it will show stock number you will pick up at the warehouse.
Click on "Warehouses" button to modify stock quantity.
For example, you want to pick up 4 stocks at the wh3 and 4 stocks at the YourCompany.
Choose sale order warehouse.
Select this option if you want to pick up stock from the warehouse which you selected in sale order. This option action the same as default odoo.
