Configuration
Control the undo delay length on a per-company basis.
- Settings Access: Go to Settings > Discuss to find the Undo Delay setting.
- Multi-Company: Adjust the delay seconds individually for each active company.
- Instant Disable: Set the delay to 0 to bypass the countdown and send immediately.
Chatter Workflow
Prevent accidental replies directly inside any record's chatter.
- Live Countdown: When you hit send, a yellow alert appears on the message.
- Quick Undo: Click the "Undo" button before the timer runs out to cancel the post.
- Content Saved: Your text, attachments, and mentions are safely placed back in the composer.
Compose Wizard Integration
Catch errors before sending mass emails.
- Wizard Delay: Mass sends from the compose wizard respect the same delay setting.
- Prevent Spam: Cancel accidental mass emails before they reach your customers.
How to Use
- Configure Delay: Go to Discuss Configuration and set the "Undo Delay" in seconds.
- Write Message: Go to any record's chatter and compose a message.
- Send: Click send. The message will appear as pending with a countdown timer.
- Undo: Click the "Undo" button to cancel the send and restore your text.
- Auto-Send: If you do nothing, the message is automatically sent when the countdown reaches 0.
