Can I create a Tailor Order from POS?
Yes, you can create a Tailor Order directly from the POS by selecting a product, adding measurements, choosing designs, and completing the order.
Is selecting a customer mandatory?
Yes, If you try to proceed with payment without selecting a customer, you will see a warning:âPlease select the customer first!â
Can I proceed without adding measurements?
Yes, If you try to validate the order without measurements, you will see:âPlease choose a measurement first!â
Install Tailor Pos Order module.
Navigate to Orders => Tailor Orders.
You can view the history of created tailor orders.
Navigate to Point of Sale => Configuration => Settings.
Navigate to Configuration => Settings.
Choose the POS store according to your preference.
In the Inventory section, enable the "Allow Ship Later" option.
Now click on "Open Register" for the POS store that was previously configured.
Now choose the product you want to buy.
Choose the appropriate Materials.
Now verify the materials. If you need to add more, click "Add a Line" and then click "Save".
Now, without selecting a customer, click on the "Payment" button to proceed with the payment.
Now click on the "Validate" button. You will see a warning: "Please select the customer first!" Then click "Back" to return to the POS store.
Now click the "Customer" button to select a customer.
Now click the "Payment" button to proceed with the payment.
Now click the "Validate" button. You will see the warning: "Please choose a measurement first!" Then click the "Back" button to return to the POS store.
Now click the "Action" button.
Click the "Measurement" button.
Now select the desired measurement.
Add your measurement as you want, then click "Designs" to navigate to the designs.
Now add your design as you want and click the "Save" button.
Click the "Save" button. A "Delivery Date" popup will appear. Select a past date and click "Save"; you will see the warning: "Oops! Delivery date must be today or later."
Now select the present or a future date and click the "Save" button to confirm the delivery.
Now click the "Payment" button to proceed with the payment.
Now you can see that the delivery date is visible under "Ship Later". Next, click the "Validate" button to validate the order.
Now click the "Backend" button to navigate to the backend.
Now click "Tailor" to navigate to the "Tailor Order".
Navigate to Orders => Tailor Orders.
Now you can see that the tailor order "T-012" has been created. Please click on it to open and view the details.
Now click the "Delivery" smart button to navigate to the delivery section.
Now click the "Validate" button to validate the delivery.
You can see the validation error: "Please Manufacture the order first..."
You can see that the Measurement entered in the POS order is visible, and there is also a "Design" tab. Click on it to navigate to the designs.
Now you can see that the designs entered in the POS order are visible. Then click the "Product" tab to navigate to the product section.
Now you can see the product details entered in the "Materials" section of the POS order. You can also view the tailor order details such as "Customer", "Order Date", "Quantity", etc. Next, click the "Create Manufacturing Order" button.
Now click the "Delivery" smart button to navigate to the delivery section.
Now click the "Validate" button to validate the delivery.
You can see the validation error: "Please complete the manufacturing order first."
Now click on "TO-012" to go back to the tailor order.
Now click the "Manufacturing Order" smart button to navigate to the Manufacturing Order.
Now click the "Confirm" button to confirm the Manufacturing Order.
Now click on "TO-012" to go back to the tailor order.
Now click the "Delivery" smart button to navigate to the delivery section.
Now click the "Validate" button to validate the delivery.
You can see the validation error: "Please complete the manufacturing order first."
Now click on "TO-012" to go back to the tailor order.
Now click the "Manufacturing Order" smart button to navigate to the Manufacturing Order.
Now click the "Produce All" button to produce all Manufacturing Orders.
Now click on "TO-012" to go back to the tailor order.
Now click the "Delivery" smart button to navigate to the delivery section.
Now click the "Validate" button to validate the delivery.
Now you can see that the tailor orderâs delivery has been validated.
