Direct Telegram Client Integration
WhatsApp integration vith Whatsapp business connects a WhatsApp Meta Application to Odoo. It lets your team handle WhatsApp conversations directly inside Odoo and keep everything tied to CRM and Discuss.

Configuration
1. To configure this WhatsApp Integration you need have an Application on Meta platform with all required permissions. Details could be found on develoers.facebook, WhatsApp Business Platform
- When Application obtained all required permissions & proceed to LIVE mode, return to Odoo. Proceed to CRM > Configuration > Social media
- Here create new Social Media record
- 1. Enter it's name
- 2. As social media type select Whatsapp
- 3. Select Your Company
- 4. Choose a place where to store incoming messages (CRM Lead/Discuss Channel)
- 5. Choose Sales team (members of this team will be used for Distribution
- 6. Insert Your Phone number ID
- 7. Insert Your WhatsApp Business Account ID
- 8. Insert Your Access Token
- 9. Enter Your Meta Application ID (App ID)
- 10. Callback URL will be generated automatically. Later we will configure it on Meta side.
- 11. Webhook Verify Token. Any value, which will be used as a "password" by Meta to verify Your Webhook. Enter the password you want.
- 12. Test connection Button. After all the required values ââare filled in, test the connection by clicking on this button. In case of Success you will see a success message, otherwise, a corresponding error message.
Webhook Configuration
- To insert Your Webhook URL generated in Odoo please visit developers.facebook, authorize, proceed to Your App Dashboard & find Webhook Configuration panel.
- 1. Insert Webhook URL Generated in Odoo
- 2. Insert Your Webhook Verify Token which You have already specified in Odoo configuration
- 3. Press Verify and save
- Also, please check if the event required for the integration is enabled.
- To do this, scroll down, in the Webhook Fields list, find Message, and enable this event if it is disabled.
