Why Choose This Module
What it does Ruling record per employee: start date, decision (max 60 months from 2022), remaining-window countdown and expiry warnings. Salary-norm engine: seeded annual norm amounts (regular and reduced), with a proration for part-year and part-time, and a pass/fail test against the employee's taxable salary. Step-down schedule: applies the 2024 phased 30% -> 20% -> 10% percentages by the number of months already elapsed (transitional rule respected). Capped base: optionally limits the free allowance to the WNT cap base. Period lines: monthly tax-free / taxable allowance split that payroll can use. Eligibility breach alerts via a daily scheduled action.
