Waarom deze module
Geïmplementeerde WIK/BIK-regels: gemaximeerde percentageschaal over de hoofdsom — 15% over de eerste EUR 2.500; 10% over de volgende EUR 2.500; 5% over de volgende EUR 5.000; 1% over de volgende EUR 190.000; 0,5% over het meerdere. Wettelijk minimum van EUR 40 en maximum van EUR 6.775. Consumentenflow (B2C): een WIK-veertiendagenbrief is verplicht voordat incassokosten in rekening mogen worden gebracht; de engine blokkeert de kosten totdat de brief is verzonden en de termijn van 14 dagen is verstreken. BTW over de incassokosten wanneer de crediteur de voorbelasting niet kan terugvorderen (instelbaar per bedrijf / debiteur). Opbouw van wettelijke rente over de achterstallige hoofdsom.
