Commission Badge
Per-rep commission rate. Stored line and order totals.
Colored badge on every sales order · Opt-in SO list column · No Enterprise required
Odoo 19 $29.99 · OPL-1 For Sales Managers 9 LanguagesPay your reps, not Enterprise.
Community Odoo 19 has no commission tracking. The Commissions toggle in Sales settings upgrades to Enterprise. If you just want to see what each rep earns on each deal, that is overkill. Commission Badge fills the gap with a per-user rate, stored line and order totals, and a colored badge that surfaces the payout right next to the salesperson.
Without this module
Commission lives in a spreadsheet. Reps re-key it every month. Managers cannot filter the open pipeline by rep payout. The toggle in Settings forces an Enterprise upgrade you did not budget for.
With this module
Each rep has a percentage on their user record (default 5%). Every sales order shows a colored commission badge. The SO list has an opt-in Commission column with a sum row.
What it does
A commission percentage on each salesperson's record. Default 5%. Set it from the Preferences tab on the user form. Reps can see their own rate; only managers can change it.
Every order line carries its own commission amount. It updates automatically when price, quantity, discount, or the rep's rate changes, and is based on the untaxed line subtotal.
Every sales order carries a commission total — the sum of its line commissions. It is sortable and filterable, so you can rank deals by payout.
Teal under $100, orange $100-$1000, purple above $1000. Hidden on empty quotes. Right next to the salesperson on the form.
SO list shows Commission via the column-picker. Sum aggregation in the footer. Same opt-in column on the order-line sub-list inside the form.
Raise a rep from 5% to 10% and every existing order they own recalculates automatically — no manual re-entry.
How it works
Each salesperson gets a commission percentage on their user record (default 5%).
Each order line earns that percentage of its untaxed subtotal, and every sales order totals up its lines.
The order form shows a colored badge near the salesperson, and both the order list and line list gain an opt-in Commission column.
See It In Action
From the per-rep rate to the payout badge on every order.
On every order. The order's commission total shows as a colored badge next to the salesperson.
Per-rep rate. Set each salesperson's commission percentage on their user record (default 5%).
Spot the big payouts. An opt-in Commission column on the Sales Orders list ranks deals by payout.
Line-level detail. Every order line stores its own commission, so the total is always auditable.
Available in 9 Languages
Every field label, button and message ships fully translated. Each user sees the module in their own Odoo language setting — no extra setup.
Honest scope
The module computes and shows commission per line and per order. It does not post journal entries, generate vendor bills, or run payouts — it is a visibility and reporting layer, not an accounting or payroll engine.
Commission is a single percentage per user applied to line subtotals. Tiered rates, per-product rates, or team-based plans are not modeled — set the rate that fits your typical deal.
