Invoice Line Image
A small product picture on every line of your printed invoice.

The standard Odoo customer invoice prints each line as a description and a few numbers. For visual catalogues, retail orders, or product mixes that are easier to recognise by picture than by name, that is a missed cue — your customer reads every line and mentally maps it to what they actually ordered before approving the bill.
Without this module
A column of product names. The customer reads each one, maps it in their head to whatever they ordered, then maybe approves the invoice.
With this module
Each line carries a small product picture. The customer scans the column visually and recognises exactly what they bought — at a glance.
What it does
A small rounded product thumbnail is printed at the start of each invoice line, right before the description.
Turn it on under Accounting → Configuration → Settings → Customer Invoices. No technical setup, no code.
Until you switch it on, your printed invoices look exactly as they do today — no extra column, nothing moved.
The image is taken straight from each product's own photo in Odoo — nothing extra to upload or maintain.
Lines whose product has no photo simply leave the picture space empty. The table stays clean and aligned.
Pick Small, Medium or Large — or set an exact width and height. Medium is a sensible default, and you can change it any time.
See it in action
From one toggle in Accounting settings to a product picture on every line of the printed invoice — every screen below is the real module running on Odoo 19.
One toggle in Accounting → Settings → Customer Invoices — off by default, on with a single click. Pick Small, Medium or Large.
Need an exact fit? Choose Custom and set the width and height in pixels — here 64 × 48.
The printed invoice with a product picture on every line, right before each description.
Any product mix reads at a glance — the picture column works across your whole catalogue.
Available in 9 Languages
Every field label and message ships fully translated. Each user sees the module in their own Odoo language setting — no extra setup.
Honest scope
The picture is added to the printed and downloaded customer invoice PDF. It does not change how invoice lines look inside the Odoo editing form, and it does not touch amounts, taxes or totals in any way. Purely a presentation add-on for the document your customer receives.
The picture comes from each product's own photo in Odoo. Lines with no product, or a product without a photo, simply print no image — the layout stays intact. For the best result, keep your product photos up to date, and note that a taller image setting makes every product row taller, so a long invoice may run onto more pages.
