Odoo Maintenance has a calendar — pull, not push. Nobody emails you about the preventive tasks coming up next week. This module ships a weekly digest so the maintenance manager plans tooling, technicians, and downtime ahead of time.
Without this module
Open the calendar Monday morning, eyeball the next two weeks, maybe email the team — or maybe not, because you're busy.
With this module
Every Monday, a digest hits the manager's inbox listing every preventive request scheduled in the next 14 days. Skip corrective. Skip done. Skip muted requests.
What you get
One scheduled action sweeps preventive requests inside the lookahead. One email per recipient, one row per request.
Default 14 days. Settings → Maintenance lets you push it to 30 if your tech needs more lead time.
Only preventive requests appear. Corrective interventions stay out of the digest.
"Digest Alerts Enabled" toggle silences a single request without disabling the cron globally.
Push a Scheduled Date outside the window and the dedup flag silently resets — the next window fires.
Seven Python TransactionCase tests cover in/out window, corrective skip, dedup, opt-out, bulk action.

Lives inside standard Maintenance — a per-request toggle, search filters, a one-click bulk send, and the weekly email.
Per-request opt-out. The "Digest Alerts Enabled" toggle silences one request without touching the cron.
Tune the window. Set the lookahead in days and the digest recipient under Settings → Maintenance.
One-click send. Select requests, then Action → Send Preventive Maintenance Digest Now sends the digest on demand.
The digest. One email per recipient lists every preventive request scheduled inside the lookahead window.
