NP Calendar Meeting Timesheet helps teams manage meetings, attendees, timesheets, room booking, and Zimbra synchronization from one calendar workflow inside Odoo.
The module connects Odoo Calendar events with timesheet generation, meeting room validation, Zimbra SOAP/API settings, invitation diagnostics, and reverse links to Meeting Minutes when a notulen record already exists.
For Zimbra organizer flow, if a regular admin account still cannot create meeting invitations with attendees or room resources, use a Global Admin account for the SOAP/API configuration to avoid organizer permission limitations.
