Helpdesk Ticket Reference Extension for Timesheet Invoices
This module extends the NICO SOLUTIONS 'nsei_timesheet_on_invoice' module functionality by integrating helpdesk ticket references into the timesheet entries.
Key Features
Integration with Timesheet Invoices
This module is designed to work on top of the Print Timesheets on Invoices module. It ensures that, in addition to timesheet data such as employee names, work hours, tasks, and descriptions, relevant helpdesk ticket references are included when the timesheet entries are linked to a helpdesk ticket
Ticket Reference Display
If any timesheet entry has an associated helpdesk ticket, the ticket reference will be shown in the invoice, allowing customers and business owners to directly see the reference tied to the work performed.
Overview
The functionality of printing timesheet details on invoices is extended and builds upon the base module 'nsei_timesheet_on_invoice'. It enhances the visibility of helpdesk ticket information, improves invoice transparency, and offers better traceability for businesses that integrate both timesheet management and helpdesk operations.
