Calculation Formulas
Reorder Point
(Avg Daily × Lead Time) + Safety Stock
Lead time is read from the supplier pricelist delivery delay. Falls back to warehouse reception steps if no supplier is set.
EOQ
√( 2 × D × S / H )
D = annual demand, S = order cost, H = holding cost per unit. Order & holding cost % configured per product category.
Safety Stock
Avg Daily × Safety Stock Days
Default days set per product category. Override per product for fast- or slow-moving items.
Urgency Levels
🔴
Current stock ≤ Safety Stock.
Order immediately â stockout risk is within lead time.
🟡
Safety Stock < Stock ≤ Reorder Point.
Place order soon â within planning horizon.
