How It Works
Configure
Set the global minimum margin % in
Sales → Configuration → Margin Alert Settings.
Optionally add category-level overrides.
Sell
Salesperson creates a quotation. Each line shows a live colour badge â Green, Amber, or Red â updating as price or quantity changes.
Alert & Block
A red banner appears on the order. If approval is enabled, confirmation is blocked and the order enters Pending Approval state.
Approve
Manager reviews the order, clicks Approve & Confirm or Reject with a reason. Decision is logged to the chatter.
Approval States
Order margin is above threshold â no action needed.
Order is below threshold; awaiting manager review before confirmation.
Manager approved â order confirmed with approver and timestamp recorded.
Manager rejected â rejection reason displayed on the order banner.
