How to Setup and Use
- 1 Define Shift Templates: Create reusable templates like "Morning Shift (08:00-16:00)" or "Night Shift (22:00-06:00)" under the configuration menu to speed up assignment.
- 2 Create a Shift Plan: Open the Visual Planner, select the upcoming week, and add the employees you want to schedule.
- 3 Drag and Drop: Pull shift templates onto the grid for specific employees and days. The system will automatically block out any days where an employee has an approved Time Off request.
- 4 Monitor Overtime: Watch the total hours calculated on the left side of the screen. If an employee exceeds standard working hours, it will be flagged immediately.
- 5 Notify & Publish: Once the schedule is complete, click Notify Employees to blast out the weekly roster via email, or print it as a PDF for the notice board. Next week, just click Copy Previous Week to do it all over again in seconds!
