How to Access
After installing the module, open Inventory > Reporting > Inventory Reports and choose any of the ten analysis reports from the menu.

What does this module provide?
This module provides a complete inventory analysis suite under Inventory > Reporting > Inventory Reports. Run wizards to filter by dates, products, categories, companies, and warehouses, then export or view results as PDF, Excel (XLSX), List, or Graph. Cover aging, FSN and XYZ classification, combined FSN-XYZ, out-of-stock and overstock detection, turnover, coverage days, and stock movement — all in one install for Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise.

1) Reporting Menu — Open Inventory Reports
From Inventory > Reporting, open the Inventory Reports section to access all ten analysis reports — Age, Age Breakdown, FSN, XYZ, FSN-XYZ, Out of Stock, Overstock, Turnover, Coverage, and Stock Movement.
2) Inventory Age Analysis — Report Wizard
Open the Inventory Age Analysis wizard to set filters such as dates, products, categories, companies, and warehouses. Choose how you want to output the report: PDF, Excel, List, or Graph.
3) Inventory Age Analysis — PDF Output
Click PDF to generate a printable Inventory Age Analysis report. Share aging insights with management or keep them for audit and review.
4) Inventory Age Analysis — List View
Use View List Data to open the Age Analysis results as an interactive list inside Odoo — sort, search, and drill into product aging without leaving the system.
5) Inventory Age Analysis — Graph View
Choose View Graph Data to visualise Age Analysis as a chart. Spot aging patterns at a glance and compare stock age buckets visually.
6) Inventory Age Analysis — Excel (XLSX) Export
Click Excel to download the Age Analysis as an XLSX workbook. Continue filtering, pivoting, or sharing the data offline in spreadsheet tools.
7) Inventory Age Breakdown Analysis — Wizard
The Inventory Age Breakdown Analysis wizard lets you configure filters and export or view results as PDF, List, Graph, or Excel (XLSX) — giving a finer breakdown of stock age buckets.
8) Inventory Age Breakdown Analysis — Report Result
Review the generated Age Breakdown report with product-level aging details, quantities, and classifications ready for operational decisions.
9) Inventory Overstock Analysis — Wizard
Configure the Inventory Overstock Analysis wizard with the analysis horizon, average sales dates, products, categories, companies, and warehouses. Export or view as PDF, List, Graph, or Excel (XLSX).

Another look at the Inventory Overstock Analysis wizard: set the next-X-days horizon, average sales period, and product/company filters, then print or view as PDF, List, Graph, or Excel (XLSX).

Inspect the detailed Overstock Analysis result to compare expected demand against current stock and pinpoint excess quantities.

Which reports are included?
Inventory Age Analysis, Age Breakdown, FSN, XYZ, FSN-XYZ, OutOfStock, Overstock, Turnover, Coverage, and Stock Movement Analysis.
What output formats does each report support?
Every report wizard provides four outputs: PDF, Excel (XLSX), View List Data, and View Graph Data.
Can I filter reports by company or warehouse?
Yes. Each wizard includes filters for products, product categories, companies, and warehouses so you analyse only the stock scope you need.
What is FSN analysis?
FSN classifies products as Fast, Slow, or Non-moving based on sales activity over the selected date range — helping you prioritise active SKUs and act on idle stock.
What is XYZ analysis?
XYZ segments products by demand variability. Use it alone or with FSN (FSN-XYZ) to refine replenishment and safety-stock strategies.
Do I need extra modules installed?
The app depends on stock and stock_account. Excel export requires the xlsxwriter Python library on the server.
Which Odoo editions and deployment modes are supported?
The module is compatible with Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise on On-Premise, Odoo Online, and Odoo.sh.
