2) Mitchell Admin Opens Table 1
Mitchell Admin successfully accesses and begins serving Table 1. The system now marks this table as occupied by Mitchell Admin.
3) Marc Demo Attempts to Access Table 1
Access Denied Notification for Table 1
When Marc Demo tries to access Table 1, the system detects that it is already being served by Mitchell Admin and prevents access.
A popup appears informing Marc Demo that Table 1 is currently being served by Mitchell Admin, ensuring clear communication and preventing conflicts.
5) Marc Demo Opens Table 4
Marc Demo successfully accesses and begins serving Table 4. The system now marks this table as occupied by Marc Demo.
6) Mitchell Admin Attempts to Access Table 4
When Mitchell Admin tries to access Table 4, the system detects that it is already being served by Marc Demo and prevents access.
7) POS Used by an Employee
The POS session is currently being used by an employee (not a regular user), ensuring proper access control and role-based permissions.
8) Attempt to Access Table 1 by Another Employee
Access Denied Notification with Employee Name
When another employee tries to access Table 1, the system detects that it is already being served by the first employee and prevents access.
A popup appears informing the employee that Table 1 is currently being served by another employee, displaying the name of the employee who is already serving the table.
