O2B Flexible Chatter module empowers users to personalize their interaction with the chatter panel Smoothly resize the width of the chatter panel by dragging its edge by allowing them to:- Quickly hide or show the chatter panel via a convenient button on mouse hover. Move the chatter panel to the bottom of the interface instead of the side. These options are configurable per user via profile settings, enabling a more comfortable, customizable, and productive user experience tailored to individual workflows.

How It Works

Step 1: Change the Width of the Chatter Panel

Hover over the right edge of the Chatter and drag to adjust its width.

Step 2: Quickly Hide or Show the Chatter Panel

A toggle button will appear when you hover over the Chatter. Click to hide or show.

Step 3: Move the Chatter Panel Down

From your profile settings, choose to move the Chatter under the form content.

Settings & Users

• Navigate to Chatter Settings → Chatter Position
• Select between “Side” and “Bottom” placement
• Save the selected option
